Fresh Start!






Hello everyone,
Hope you're all ok. As promised, here are a couple of photos from my holiday.
I am finally back on track and have lost 4.5 pounds this week! Yay! Feeling quite motivated and have been doing Zumba workouts too. For those of you who don't know, Zumba is a Latin American aerobics workout. You can potentially burn 1000 calories per hour! It's great fun!

Anyway, I am quite positive and motivated at the moment. Had a bit of a slip-up yesterday night and had a portion of chips, but other than than, I've been ok.

Hope you all have a good week, and I'm gonna try and be extra good tomorrow. Here's to another good weightloss for this week! :-)
