Depressing week!

Hello everyone, I've had a pretty hectic week this week without too much sleep and definitely not enough exercise. All I've wanted to do is curl up under my duvet and sleep! I've also had a couple of bad days, so I honestly don't know what the scales are going to show at tomorrow's weigh in. It's been strange, because I haven't been able to concentrate on my weightloss this week, as I've been too excited dealing with my Monavie journey.

Right, whatever happens tomorrow, I will make sure that next week is going to be a super good week! I have learnt that there will be good days, bad days, good weeks and bad weeks. However, the key is not too give up. This time I am determined to reach my goal, no matter how long it takes!

Fingers crossed for tomorrow though. It will be lovely to show even half a pound off. I don't usually lose weight straight after a nightshift though, so we'll see....

I'll try and update my blog again tomorrow.
